It’s been a bit since I shared a craft project! But here’s my big project from the past year or so—crocheting for my daughter’s wedding! I loved every moment of planning it with her! It was a beautiful day. Crochet placemats pattern were my own pattern. 180 of them! Yarn was a paper rattan yarn I found on Amazon. Had a blast making them! Also, we did the sign with our cricut and @flowersbygraceb did a stunning job on the flowers!!!!

Anyas bridal shower quilt 2! I fell in love with @penandpaperpatterns Snap Happy quilt and wanted to use it to feature Anya and Michael’s stunning engagement photos from @simplefocusstudios! The photos are printed on fabric and then I pieced the “Polaroid” frames and camera. The quilting was done by @angiebrandlhandmade, who is the best! The photo subjects @anyarhunter and @mgrovanz are pretty great too! 😉❤️📸 The wedding is two months from today! We can’t wait! #snaphappyquilt

It has taken time for me to share this quilt. I just love how it turned out and am emotional about its meaning! It is a quilt I made for my daughter and for her bridal shower. I can’t believe she’s getting married in a few months! The bridal shower was a few weeks ago. Wonderful friends and family gathered to celebrate and the theme of the shower was “Here’s to a lifetime of butterflies!” So naturally I had to make a butterfly quilt. The Butterflight pattern by @abbymaed was the perfect design! And @angiebrandlhandmade did the most beautiful quilting for it! We used the quilt as a backdrop for the shower and Anya will take it to their new home after the wedding! I will share more about the shower on my own account someday when I can gather my emotions about what a special day it was! Thank uou @angiebrandlhandmade! 🦋
